This Isn't A Bunch Of Coprolite!

Do you know how paleontologists study what dinosaurs ate? They study fossilized dinosaur poop! This type of fossil is called "coprolite" and it's a very handy way to gain insight into a beast like Tyrannosaurus Rex's diet. More on this later...

There is no denying that what comes out of our bodies was once inside of our bodies. You can also extrapolate this principle to include our spiritual and mental output. Our beliefs, feelings, and attitudes, what comes out of us spiritually and mentally, reflects what's inside of us too.

What do you get when you squeeze an orange? You get orange juice, of course. And why do you get orange juice when you squeeze an orange? Because that's what's inside an orange. Apply this same logic to yourself: what's "coming out of you," emotionally, right now? Why? Because that's what's inside of you!

This is why it's so valuable to be honest in our self-evaluations. So important, in fact, that Tell the Truth is one of my Fun Commandments - the cornerstones of my unique Fun Factor prescription (a prescription, created from my own desperation, for your greatest health and success). Getting in the habit of identifying what's "coming out of you" will help you tell yourself the truth.

It can be intimidating and scary to be honest about what's coming out of us; we may not want to tell ourselves the truth because we think we won't like it. We may even think that finding evidence of fear, worry, stress, unease, tension, avoidance, denial, or other defects somehow indicates that we there is something wrong with us. Please calm your fears: there are no problems with any defects you identify when you are being honest with yourself.

Allow me to explain a much healthier way for you to view the defects you see when you are being honest with yourself. A way that removes roadblocks that limit the insanely powerful natural medicine of humor.

When you tell yourself the truth and you identify results and outcomes that indicate some less than effective spiritual and emotional health inside you, you are being blessed with a look at some symptoms.

You wouldn't consider it a blessing if you were unable to feel pain when your foot is injured would you? How would you know that your foot needed treatment? In other words, you fully understand that the pain in your foot is not the problem, just a symptom of the problem.

The symptoms of ineffective spiritual and emotional health (fear, worry, stress, unease, tension, avoidance, denial, resentment, etc.) are to be treated the same way. These defects are merely symptoms; just like the pain in your foot, they are not the problem either!

These symptoms of mental and spiritual unhealthiness almost always stem from focusing on the things you want (instead of wanting the things you have) and looking for happiness outside yourself. These two problems always stem from your deadly seriousness (taking yourself too seriously), more deadly than cancer, heart disease, and high blood pressure combined. But here is great news - your deadly seriousness has a simple and fun cure which I will teach you for free!

The natural medicine of humor, you'll find, provides you complete freedom from your deadly seriousness. That means you're going to be happier, less stressed, healthier, have less pain, have better relationships, experience greater creativity, and feel a child-like energy level. You'll also find yourself becoming "mysteriously" attractive in your social and professional circles - you'll find new friends drawn to you like moths to a floodlight!

But it won't be a mystery to you! When pulled aside and asked, "Do you ever have a bad day? Are you ever unhappy?", you'll smile and say, "I feel the same doubts and insecurities you do, I just discovered what to do about them." Then you'll become that person's hero by referring them to my website to use my Fun Factor prescription just like you do!

So tell yourself the truth. Look honestly at your output! When you identify defects, simply apply the amazing natural medicine of humor.

By the way, paleontologists have found a 17 inch long piece of Tyrannosaurus coprolite with lots of undigested bone fragments in it. This is a clear indication that Tyrannosaurus was not picky about what it ate - it chowed-down on whatever its mouth could reach!

I know you will be more picky about what you put inside you. Learn about all my Fun Commandments and start refining your mental and spiritual "diet" by visiting my website today!
